Shipping

Good vibes are on the way. We deliver across the UAE, from city streets to sunny beach days.

🚚 Delivery

  • We deliver within the UAE only.
  • Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days.
  • Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
  • Once your order is on its way, we'll send you the tracking details.
  • We do not offer cash on delivery or local pick-up.

💛 Delivery Fee

  • AED 25 delivery fee for orders under AED 250
  • Free delivery on orders of AED 250 or more
  • The delivery fee is shown at checkout before payment.

📍 Before We Ship

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number when placing your order. It helps us get your Limon Ice to you without any detours.

Returns & Exchanges

Not the right fit? No worries. We want you to love your Limon Ice piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how it works:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached.
  • Items marked "Sale" are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive wrong or faulty.
  • An AED 25 return/exchange fee applies, paid by you. We book the courier to collect your item.
  • For exchanges, we'll send your replacement item to you at no extra delivery charge.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Prefer something else? We can issue Limon Ice store credit instead.
  • We do not offer cash or card refunds, except for wrong or faulty items, as explained below.

To start a return or an exchange, email us at hello@thelimondesign.com with your order number. We'll book the courier and reply with the next steps, including how to pay the AED 25 fee.

Exchange or Store Credit

Once we receive and check your item, we'll send your replacement or issue your Limon Ice store credit.

Wrong or Faulty Item?

Received the wrong item, or did something arrive damaged? Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a photo, and we'll take care of the return and replacement for free. If the replacement is sold out, you can choose Limon Ice store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
